You can apply to Vaughan College at any time of the year. We operate on a rolling admissions basis, so applications are reviewed as they arrive.

It's free to submit, and an admissions officer will contact you within one business day to plan the next steps with you: usually a campus visit, then the full application with your documents, then a confirmation and course plan. Online courses need no application; choose a course in our catalogue and check out.

Vaughan College operates on a semester system. Fall runs September through January, Winter runs February through June, and summer sessions run July through August.

Classes typically have about ten students to a teacher. We keep them small on purpose, because it is central to how we teach.

Yes. Vaughan College is inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education to grant credits toward the OSSD. Our Ministry BSID# is 666098, and we are listed in the Ministry's official private-school directory. We follow the Ontario curriculum, and the diploma is recognized internationally.

Yes. Upon completion of any credit course, Vaughan College issues a report card and sends a copy directly to the student's regular school for inclusion on their transcript.

Yes, for individual credits. Our online courses let students earn recognized Ontario credits from anywhere in the world, without entering Canada. All they need is a computer and reliable internet.

Full-time day school is $14,000 a year for local students and $17,000 for international students, plus a $450 incidental fee. Night and summer school courses start at $1,400 each, and online courses are $580 each. Uniforms, textbooks, laptops, and course materials are extra. Yes. We offer a 10% discount on tuition for the second and third siblings enrolled at Vaughan College.

Beyond full-time enrollment, we offer Night School, Summer School, individual credit courses, and tutoring services for students from Grade 7 through university level. Part-time enrollment is available for credit-seeking students from other schools.

Yes. We administer the Grade 10 provincial examinations on site and prepare students for AP, IB, and Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level exams. Tutoring is available for current and external students.

Yes. Beyond the credit programs, students can join the school's after-hours Music Club, which meets weekly during the academic year for students who play, sing, or want to learn an instrument alongside classmates. Our guidance team also coordinates university campus visits and informal study groups throughout the year.

Our guidance team assists with course selection aligned to post-secondary goals, maintains close communication between parents and students throughout the application year, and facilitates campus visits from university representatives.

Marks are uploaded to OUAC and OCAS for Ontario applications and submitted directly to international institutions through their required channels. The school handles the submission process on the student's behalf.

Our graduates have gone on to the University of Toronto, Western University, McMaster, Queen's University, Wilfrid Laurier, and the University of Waterloo, alongside international institutions and Ontario colleges including Seneca, Humber, and Centennial.
