Securing your place.
Vaughan College accepts international tuition payments through PayMyTuition by MTFX, a regulated payment service used by hundreds of Canadian schools and universities.
How It Works
Pay in your own currency.
PayMyTuition lets you send tuition from any bank, in any country, in your local currency, with better-than-bank exchange rates and full payment tracking from the day you initiate the transfer to the day Vaughan College receives the funds.
The service is registered with FinCEN in the United States and FINTRAC in Canada, so the transfer meets the anti-money-laundering and financial-services regulations that protect both sides of the payment. Step-by-step instructions are available in sixteen languages, and the provider’s support team operates by phone, email, and live chat across every major time zone.
Use PayMyTuition for application fees, tuition, and any other charges associated with your enrollment.

Payment Terms
When tuition is due, and how refunds work.
- Tuition due in fullInternational transfers can take time to clear, so start early
- 30 days before classes
- Late fee on outstanding balanceApplied if five business days pass past due, after a reminder
- 1%
When an invoice goes past due, we send a reminder before any late fee applies. A second unanswered reminder may delay or rescind admission until the balance is settled; our team will always reach the parent, guardian, or agent by phone or email before that point.
A full refund, less the $550 administrative fee noted above, is available when a study permit is denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The original CIC rejection letter and our acceptance letter must accompany the request, and approval rests with the Principal.
Tuition is not refundedwhen a student withdraws after receiving an acceptance letter, or in the case of withdrawal due to a serious breach of school regulations. If a student’s immigration status changes during the year (for example, becoming a permanent resident), tuition is adjusted accordingly.
